I have nothing but great things to say about AFCU! I have a car loan with them and a couple of accounts. They are all so kind and knowledgeable. I would like to give a special thanks to Ms. Elsa D, she has been a Godsend for me and my family! I intend to move all my banking to AFCU in the near future! No lines, easy access to staff and a full menu of financial services! I am a fan!

I had several issues that I needed help with. I spoke with Jason a the Mansfield office and he was so very helpful. He explained each issue, and what he could and couldn't do, staying on it until he knew I understood. I was never rushed or talked down to. By 4:00pm that day I'd been sent the papers that he promised, and had all my issues taken care of. It's rare to get such good service these days. I hope Jason stays with AFCU.

All of the employees at this branch are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind! I had a wonderful experience today with Jacob and Ace but everyone is so warm and welcoming! I have been banking with AFCU for almost 10 years and will remain banking here for years to come! Thank you AFCU!

What a nightmare. How long should one wait for issues to be fixed?... I waited an untimely amount of 2 months for the issues to be fixed. They weren't. I had personal and business accounts here and it all went down the toilet. Frustration doesn't even begin to describe the emotional roller coaster I've been on with AFCU.
Horrible bank. New system is terrible. doesn’t work correctly. Customer service is poor communication is poor. Find another credit union.

My FAVORITE branch!!! The customer service is phenomenal!!! Charisse and Debbie are so sweet and nice, when I stop by and they are there I make it a point to talk to them because they brighten my day 🙂 Debbie is a teller, and Charsse does loans and things of that nature. If you can deal with either one of them it is going to be a nice experience.
